In 2003 the company was acquired by Caribbean Properties Ltd, itself attending to its clients' Caribbean real estate needs since 1964. Caribbean Properties Ltd is an Affiliate of Sachs Warburgh Capital Partners, LLC and an agent for its offshore products and services. Gaby is responsible for local sales and rentals activities. He coordinates the team of consultants and deals personally with buyers and sellers. With his open, helpful character Gaby will competently see you through all the procedures involved in buying or selling property. And after completion of the sale, he looks after all your concerns, including property management and concierge service. Gaby speaks French, English and French Creole.
